Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing daily clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, counselors, and case managers as assigned.
- Monitor clinical documentation, treatment plans, and client outcomes to ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and internal standards.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of healthcare management protocols aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including CARF accreditation standards
- Coordinate with clinical staff, peer staff, administrative teams, and external agencies to promote quality improvement initiatives
- · Facilitate clinical training, continuing education, and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and safety regulations to uphold organizational standards
- Participate in staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development activities to foster a competent and motivated team
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts aimed at enhancing clinical services and operational efficiency
- Assist in managing patient care programs, ensuring adherence to best practices in medical management

Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or healthcare management within a clinical environment
- Bachelor's in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Strong understanding of management principles and leadership skills applicable to healthcare settings
- Familiarity with CARF accreditation standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state or organizational policies
