Key Responsibilities:
In-Home/ ELC ABA Services Oversight:
- Oversee and support all in-home ABA service delivery across all assigned markets, beginning with the greater Columbus area.
- Ensure every region’s home‑based program meets ABT clinical quality standards by tracking client‑outcome KPIs and intervening early when results fall below target.
- Mentor and support local BCBAs and program supervisors in each region, fostering problem-solving and the maintenance of high treatment integrity on all cases.
- Meet monthly with each of them to support and review caseload, Esnora data, therapy utilization/ Sufficient supervision and parent training
- Provide clinical leadership for all center-based early intervention programs (ELCs) across the organization.
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for ELC staff and directors, ensuring that curriculum implementation, behavior intervention plans, and child progress in each center meet the organization’s high standards.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and successful interventions among ELC locations to scale excellence across regions, creating a cohesive early learning experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with the Operations team as a subject-matter expert when clinical input is required for staffing or resource allocation.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes for both in-home and ELC services to ensure clinical excellence and compliance.
- Conduct periodic audits of session notes, treatment plans, and data collection across regions for adherence to ABA best practices and company protocols.
- Perform on-site observations (or live remote supervision) in client homes and ELC classrooms on a regular basis to audit session quality, ensure treatment integrity, and provide real-time feedback or coaching to therapists and RBTs.
- Address any identified gaps in service quality swiftly and effectively, implementing corrective action plans or additional training as needed.
- Ensure that all services across regions meet payer requirements, state regulations, and BACB ethical standards, maintaining the organization’s reputation for high-quality, ethical care.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures to guarantee consistent, high-quality service delivery in every location.
- BCBA assessment template and guidelines for oversight and review to ensure we meet insurance standards.
- Confirm when applicable client intakes and ongoing clients are a Clinical fit for the company (may result in a phone call with coordinator/ELC director and or brief virtual meeting with parent to determine, or email response to appropriate party.)
- Encourage and oversee client satisfaction outcomes
- Encourage and oversee sufficient utilization of therapy hours and BCBA hours to meet KPI’s and company growth goals
- Support and develop the clinical team across all regions, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other therapy staff.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and lead clinicians, especially those overseeing local in-home or ELC programs, to ensure they have the guidance and resources needed to succeed.
- Coordinate regular cross-regional training sessions, workshops, webinars, chats (CCC) presentations or clinical roundtables to build skills and encourage knowledge sharing among staff.
- Mentor junior leaders and high-potential clinicians, helping to build a pipeline of leadership talent within the organization. Foster a positive, collaborative culture across teams by promoting professional growth, continuing education, and alignment with the organization’s values.
- RBT training program- clinical oversight of it/ perfect the program collab with applicable team members and ensure process of competency assessments planning with other BCBA’s conducting them in each region. Attend hiring events to promote RBT in training program.
- BCBA mentorship program oversight/ plan for BCBA’s to execute and to encourage growth and success of the program.
- Clinical face/representation of ABT at various events
- Oversee and conduct monthly “home based” virtual RBT meetings
- Conduct and oversee quarterly webinars for families
- Provide clinical guidance to scheduling and administrative staff to support optimal therapist‑to‑client matches and adequate supervision levels.
- Work in tight alignment with the CCO, providing regular updates on each region’s status and needs, and proactively advocating for resources or support when necessary. Communicate frequently with regional teams (via meetings, calls, and site visits) to stay attuned to on-the-ground challenges and successes, ensuring that senior leadership is aware of front-line realities.
- Identify clinical gaps and growth opportunities in current or prospective regions and propose evidence‑based solutions.
- Define and maintain ABT’s clinical quality benchmarks for any new site or service line before launch, ensuring fidelity to best practice.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff for expansion sites, verifying competencies align with ABT standards.
- Interview with BCBA’s only after HR screens them
- Take a primary leadership role in executing the strategic plan for the growth and expansion of clinical services into new markets, owning the clinical and operational success of these initiatives.
- Maintain an active partial caseload of at least 15 billable hours per week to start.
- Deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services to these clients – including conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, supervising RBTs on cases, and providing caregiver training and support.
- This direct work ensures the Director stays connected to front-line clinical challenges and emerging client needs and serves as a model of best-practice ABA for the team.
- As the organization expands and the Director’s leadership scope broadens, we gradually reduce direct service hours with the goal of transitioning to a predominantly leadership and oversight role.
- Throughout, remain available to step into cases as needed for high-level clinical guidance or to troubleshoot complex situations.
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
