What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse position at People Integra (A Business Integra Group Company)?
Schedule: Shift: Day – 4x10s (7:00–18:00)
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Setting: Hospital
Weekends: May require weekend shifts
Contract: 13 weeks of contract (possible extension)
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years WOCN experience (1.5 years may be considered)
- First-time travelers accepted
- Certifications required:
- BLS
- Wound Care Certification (WOCN, WCC, or any recognized wound care cert — must be certified, course completions not accepted)
- EPIC experience required
Work Expectations
- May require weekend shifts
- No on-call requirements
- No floating outside scope
- Block scheduling not available
