Job Description – Quality Control Technician
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Shift: 2nd Shift- 3pm-11:30pm
Employment Type: 13 weeks contract role with possible extension.
Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Quality Control Technician based in Elmhurst, IL. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring that laboratory processes and equipment meet established standards. Daily tasks include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, reviewing quality assurance documentation, and collaborating with team members to ensure the timely resolution of quality issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving quality-related problems
- Experience with Laboratory Skills and operation of Laboratory Equipment
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent preferred
