Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers with strong CNC programming expertise to support complex manufacturing operations. This role involves developing, optimizing, and verifying CNC programs for advanced machine controls including Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma using CAD/CAM platforms such as Mastercam, Siemens NX, and Esprit 2000. Candidates should have hands-on machining experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a background working with large-scale components and precision manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam, Siemens NX, Esprit 2000, or similar software.
- Verify and validate CNC programs using Vericut prior to production release.
- Provide CNC programming support, troubleshooting, and operator training.
- Support machine startups, process improvements, and manufacturing operations.
- Implement tooling and fixturing solutions for CNC machining processes.
- Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and production teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
- Minimum 2 additional years of manufacturing or operations experience.
- Experience with CNC programming and manufacturing processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma machine controls.
- Knowledge of Fanuc Macro B, Okuma Macros, Siemens Macros, and Renishaw Probing Macros.
- Experience with Mastercam, Siemens NX, Esprit 2000, Vericut, Inventor, NX, or similar CAD/CAM software.
- Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
