Program Director - Full Time

Pay Rate $55,000 /Annually

SUMMARY: Employee leads Day Habilitation Program team to ensure all program objectives are met.

Essential Functions

• Oversee scheduling and provision of day habilitation program services.
• Recommend hiring of, provide ongoing supervision to, and complete annual evaluation for assigned staff.
• Assemble, maintain, and update program policy and procedure manual.
• Plan and implement pre-service and on-going comprehensive in-service training.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Organize, monitor, and report required Department of Medical Assistance program data timely.
• Establish and implement Quality Assurance system ensuring expert program monitoring and evaluation.
• Participate in weekly supervision meeting with Director of Day Service Programs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Knowledge obtained through attainment of Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge and skill obtained through at least five years of professional health-care experience which includes clinical experience and at least two years in program serving folks with developmental disabilities, of which at least one year must have been spent in administrative role.
• Skill in leading and communicating with others.
• Ability to proactively participate in program planning and administration.
