Role Description
The Program Director will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of LetGoYourMind’s educational programs. Core responsibilities include coordinating programming schedules, supervising staff, ensuring program quality, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards. The Program Director will also manage curriculum implementation, foster relationships with families and community partners, and handle administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lawrence, MA.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience in education program development and curriculum implementation
- Ability to effectively lead and support a team
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Administrative skills, including scheduling and record-keeping
