Role Description
This is a full-time, for a licensed Real Estate Agent located in Clearwater, FL. or Pinellas County. The agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, renting, and investing in residential and commercial properties within the Tampa Bay area. Duties include managing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, scheduling property showings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the transaction process. The role requires a commitment to excellent customer service and upholding the values of transparency, professionalism, and trust.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Experience or knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability in Sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Proficiency in understanding the local Clearwater and Tampa Bay real estate market
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Previous experience with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
