What You’ll Do
Your duties will vary based on the needs of the individuals you support but may include:
- Following individual program plans and working towards their goals
- Completing documentation at the end of each shift
- Assisting with daily living activities, including:
- Cleaning, cooking, and light household duties
- Participating in community events and activities
- Supporting healthy food choices and budget management
- Helping with hobbies, studies, and social activities
- Providing hygiene and bathing assistance if needed
- Lifting and transferring individuals if applicable
- Assisting with medication management if applicable
- Communicating with staff and program managers about individuals’ progress
- Maintaining mature judgment and a warm, caring demeanor
- Flexible Shifts: Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Training: Comprehensive training is provided, and we offer opportunities for advancement to lead staff and management positions.
