Program Manager (QATC) – Lead, Support, and Make a Difference

Do you enjoy helping people become more independent? Love working as part of a team? As a Program Manager/QATC (Quality Assurance Training & Coordination), you'll oversee a caseload of 10–15 adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring quality care, effective training, and smooth coordination between staff, families, and partners.
Note: This is not a tech position.
What You'll Do:
- Train and guide staff to deliver exceptional support
- Monitor daily/monthly documentation for accuracy
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients and staff
- Communicate with Regional Center & service coordinators
- Attend service meetings and advocate for clients
- Cover open shifts if necessary
- Maintain high quality and compliance standards
What We're Looking For:
- Strong time management & adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- Leadership/management experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication & listening skills
- Ability to inspire and support others as part of a team
- Experience with developmental disabilities a plus
- Bilingual a plus
What We Offer:
$22–$25/hr (DOE)
