At People Creating Success, we're looking for compassionate, caring, and patient Direct Support Professionals / Personal Attendants to support adults with developmental disabilities in living independent, empowered, and fulfilling lives.
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct care and support in areas like daily living, social skills, and community participation.
- Follow individual program plans and help people achieve their personal goals.
Assist with activities such as:
Cooking, cleaning, and light household tasks
- Fun community events and hobbies
- Healthy lifestyle choices and budget management
- Medication reminders, hygiene, or mobility support (if needed)
- Complete daily documentation and communicate with your team about progress and needs.
- Be a reliable, positive, and encouraging presence in someone's life.
