Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-12/13 equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases to oversee contractor performance and guide Information Assurance programs for the effective delivery of submarine-related capabilities and services to international partners and allies.Examples of qualifying experience include:
- Experience in Department of the Navy (DON) program management in life-cycle Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.
- Experience with Department of Defense (DOD) and DON strategic planning, policies, and procedures governing Security Cooperation.
- Experience with International Traffic Arms Regulation, Export License, and Third Party Transfers
