Summary:
A Senior Superintendent is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of large-scale projects, including overseeing subcontractors and staff, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing budgets and schedules, and acting as a primary liaison with clients and other stakeholders
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead authority on the project site, managing all day-to-day field activities.
- Develop and manage project plans, construction schedules, and logistics. Review project documents, including blueprints and shop drawings, for accuracy and constructability.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and programs, ensuring a high standard of quality in all work performed.
- Track and monitor project costs and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
Maintain project records, including progress reports, Requests for Information (RFIs), and as-built drawings.
Qualifications:Your Experiences, Skills, and Abilities:
- 10 years of semiconductor/data center construction experience is required.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, technology, and the ability to think critically and find solutions to complex problems.
- Exceptional skills to lead a team, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or related field, preferred
Safety:
Employee will be trained in, and is to follow and lead by example, all general safety requirements of Pentagon Technologies as well as specific safety regulatory requirements
Work Environment:
Must be able to function well in an office environment. Must also be able to work in a controlled chemical and wastewater environment. Must also be able to perform in a laboratory environment. Persons who are sensitive to chemical environments with such medical conditions as asthma, allergies, or extreme sensitivity to chemicals may not be considered as good candidates for this position. Must be able to travel to the Pentagon Technologies Facilities in the continental US as required. Must be able to travel to Vendor and Customer facilities within the continental US as required.
Physical Demands:
Must pass Company required screening tests. The employee is regularly required to sit and stand, reach with hands and arms and perform light routine office work, which includes computer workstation usage. Should be able to pick-up XX lbs on occasional or regular basis
