We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Superintendent to oversee the construction of data centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel and expertise in mission-critical facilities, including industrial and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ground-up construction projects for data centers from start to finish.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the job site.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, specifically in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
- Strong understanding of warehouse, industrial, and manufacturing environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively to job sites as required.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.

Salary : $160,000 - $210,000
