Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL for an Aviation Customer Service Professional. The primary responsibilities include providing top-tier customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries. The role involves managing customer interactions via phone and other channels, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions. Additional tasks include maintaining records, monitoring satisfaction metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance services.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent knowledge of Customer Experience management and improvement techniques
- Proficient Phone Etiquette and effective verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL with a focus on punctuality and reliability
- Familiarity with aviation customer service or technical support in a similar industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service or aviation-related roles
