Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Doral, FL. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and address client concerns effectively and efficiently. They will also maintain clear communication over the phone, via email, and in person to provide outstanding customer experiences. The role requires problem-solving, proactive follow-ups, and sustaining positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to resolve inquiries and address client needs
- Strong skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with aviation or technical industries is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a bonus
