Travel/Studio Coordinator
The Trave/Studio Coordinator oversees all aspects of employee travel, including
scheduling technicians, booking transportation and accommodations, and managing any
travel-related issues or changes. In addition to travel, this coordinator will manage our in
office studio they will organize scheduling, and overall maintenance of the studio.
Essential job functions
Oversee the organization, cleanliness, and general maintenance of the studio,
ensuring it remains production ready
Manage the studio calendar, schedule usage, and coordinate with internal teams to
support efficient operations
Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries with all necessary information such
as flight times, lodging details, and ground transportation.
Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels,
and rental vehicles.
Communicate itinerary details, updates, and changes promptly to travelers
including timely support for travel-related issues or emergencies, such as flight
delays, cancellations, or lost luggage.
Manage and reconcile travel expenses, including tracking invoices, receipts, and
credit card charges.
Provide back-up support to receptionist as needed
