The Media Vehicle Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for media vehicles, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely preparation for media events. Daily Job Functions
The Media Vehicle Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for media vehicles, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely preparation for media events. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a dynamic workflow in collaboration with engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Lead vehicles through all quality process steps and maintain accurate tracking.
- Conduct daily team meetings with Stellantis engineers and scheduling staff to ensure alignment and meet deadlines.
- Provide real-time updates on vehicle status and modify tracking sheets as needed.
- Review and edit audits for clarity and consistency.
- Write and dispatch repair orders for fleet-wide warranty repairs, recalls, and retrofits.
- Coordinate third-party repairs (glass, dents, body work) and maintain shop equipment.
- Monitor technician hours, approved timesheets, and oversee training.
- Assist with diagnostics and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prepare vehicles for media events, including new model launches and retrofits.
- Support parts ordering and vehicle scanning activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneDrive).
- Experience with MPK or similar work order programs.
- Familiarity with Dealer Connect, Service Library, WiTech, Star Parts, and CDA systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, some college coursework in related field
- Prior automotive experience preferred
- Lifting requirements: 5 – 50 lbs.
- Requires minor to moderate level of physical activity
- Some travel may be required
