The Technician Team Lead provides direction, leadership, and technical expertise to all other shop personnel. This position is primarily responsible for directing the work activities of other employees to meet production and quality goals established by management while maintaining their own Technician productivity levels.

High school diploma or equivalent. Two to three years' service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous Technician experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
Three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
ASE Master Certification
ASE Certification
