We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cycle Count Specialist to ensure the accuracy and consistency of inventories through the execution of cycle counts, audits, and analysis of discrepancies, contributing to the improvement of inventory control processes, minimizing variations and ensuring material availability for the company's operations.
What you will do:
- Perform cycle counts according to the established schedule.
- Analyse and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Enter and update count information in the ERP system.
- Identify root causes of inventory variances and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and related areas to perform inventory adjustments.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Prepare reports on count results and inventory accuracy metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management
- Technical degree or certifications in related fields (Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or similar)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or cycle counting.
- Knowledge of inventory auditing and logistics processes.
- Previous experience of management and control of physical and system inventories.
- Previous experience of cycle counting processes and inventory audits.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle or similar).
- Intermediate proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel.
- Basic manufacturing and internal logistics processes.
- Analytical skills to detect variations and inconsistencies in inventories.
- Attention to detail and high precision in task execution.
- Organization and efficient time management.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.
- Forklift experience/ability to get a forklift license
