You will help bridge the gap between a therapist’s clinical recommendations and a patient’s decision to move forward with care that is cash pay such as regenerative therapies or wellness services.
This role is responsible for:
- Helping patients understand the value of our premium recovery and wellness services (training will be provided on what service aligns with what diagnoses and goals).
- Converting recommended treatment plans into paid programs and memberships
- Re-engaging past leads and inactive prospects. Please provide evidence of your experience with this.
- Following up with current patients who may benefit from upgrading into advanced regenerative or longevity services
- Scheduling and coordinating care
- Creating a smooth, premium patient experience from recommendation to ongoing retention
- Ability to make people feel comfortable on the phone and in person by maintaining meaningful conversation
- Scheduling patients using an electronic medical record system, minimizing no shows/cancels, handle payments
- Strong phone skills with ability to sense on the phone what people truly need and get them talking about their goals and how their problem is affecting their life

Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in a sales role
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service & sales
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
