What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Penrose & Associates Physical Therapy?
Benefits:
Penrose Physical Therapy in Lacey, WA is expanding. We've grown into something bigger than outpatient ortho: we're building the first integrated mobility and longevity center in the South Sound — combining clinical rehab, regenerative medicine, and wellness under one roof. dry needling, EMTT, shockwave, pulsed radio frequency, red light, HBOT, PEMF, infrared sauna. This is where PT goes next.
We need a therapist who's ready to grow into that.
What you'll actually do here:
Most evals are 60 minutes. Every follow-up is 40 minutes, one-on-one with your patient — no overlap, no handoffs, no tech doing your job. AI handles documentation so you can close notes as much as possible at time of service and go home. You'll treat complex ortho cases, work alongside experienced PTs in vestibular and pelvic health, and co-treat when it matters. Weekly provider meetings aren't check-ins — we practice skills on each other, work through tough cases, and use OCS prep materials to examine our biases and stay sharp on evidence-based practice.
The right fit:
You believe manual therapy, functional loading, and patient education works. You build trust fast. You can explain to a patient clearly how PT plus advanced technologies will benefit them. You're interested in regenerative therapies and wellness not as add-ons, but as real tools that change outcomes. You want to be held accountable and you want to hold others to the same standard.
What we offer:
- 401(k) matching
- Bonus based on performance
- Competitive salary
- Dental insurance
- Flexible schedule
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- Parental leave
- Training & development
- Vision insurance
