As the VA Specialist, you will maintain a case for each matter in which the specialist will be required to document the title issue and assess risk related to the company and investor and propose relevant solutions.

As the VA Specialist, you will maintain a case for each matter in which the specialist will be required to document the title issue and assess risk related to the company and investor and propose relevant solutions.
The VA Title Specialist Will
- Manage and monitor title delivery according to investor guidelines
- Research and evaluate findings by attorneys, title companies or business partners
- Evaluate title reports and research potential risk of title defect
- Assist with processing and payment of invoices
- Monitor progress of any title curative activity and keep management up to date
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Aptitude for data, reporting, and analysis, desired
- Real estate and mortgage industry experience preferred
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
