Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role based in St. Petersburg, FL for an Executive Director. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of the museum's operations, including staff management, strategic planning, community engagement, and partnership development. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial oversight, fundraising, curating exhibits, organizing events, and enhancing overall visitor experience. The Executive Director will act as the primary spokesperson for the museum, ensuring it achieves its mission and continues to thrive as a cultural hub for Beatles enthusiasts.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Experience in museum operations, curation, and event management
- Proficiency in fundraising, financial planning, and budget management
