Do you love nursing but need a more flexible schedule? PA Leadership Charter School is looking for a Part-Time Substitute Nurse to join our team for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is an excellent part-time opportunity providing 24 hours per week, offering a perfect balance of professional care and personal flexibility.
What You will do:

Provide direct care and health support to students/staff, including medication administration, injury management, and health screenings.

Act as a vital team member ensuring a safe, healthy environment

Maintain accurate, confidential health records

Work in our West Chester location for the School of Performing Arts
What We Need:

Valid Pennsylvania RN or LPN license
-
Previous experience in school health or pediatrics preferred.

Strong communication skills and compassion.
