FOH Supervisor
Support daily culinary operations and help create exceptional experiences for residents and guests.
The FOH Supervisor works closely with the FOH Manager and Executive Chef to oversee the Independent Living Dining Rooms and all catering activities, including the scheduling, setup, and successful execution of events.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of food service systems, current dining trends, food service styles, and event planning.
- Understanding of safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with food service equipment and appropriate cleaning agents.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based software and related industry tools.
