Job Summary
We are looking for a Floating Teller to work in branch offices throughout our Juniata County Region. As a Floating Teller, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting daily branch operations. Flexibility is key as this role is designed for someone who can work a different branches as needed. You will be scheduled in advance when possible, but we will also occasionally call on you to help fill last-minute staffing needs.
Example of Some Key Responsibilities
- Handling deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with precision
- Processing loan payments, utility payments, and night deposits
- Issuing cashier’s checks, money orders, and certified checks
- Balancing your cash drawer and preparing daily settlements
- Greeting customers warmly and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs
- Collaborating with team members across departments
- Maintaining compliance with all banking regulations and policies
Core Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong math and analytical abilities
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of coin

Please Note
This position does not offer a regular schedule or guaranteed hours. After training, Floating Tellers work on an as-needed basis to fill in at offices within their region when regular branch staff is unavailable due to vacations, sickness, etc.
