We are seeking a Data Processing Operator who plays a critical role in supporting daily banking operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability across our data systems. Join our dedicated team at our office in Mifflintown, where you’ll be at the heart of our operations – monitoring systems, processing data, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Example Of Some Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer and deposit account records with precision
- Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment (printers, disk drives, etc.)
- Troubleshoot minor system issues and escalate when needed
- Run daily processing programs (ACH, POS transactions, reports, etc.)
- Prepare, sort, and distribute system-generated reports
- Upload and verify files in the document imaging system
- Assist with scanning and archiving customer documentation
- Monitor system performance, log downtime, and ensure backup procedures are followed
- Maintain inventory or system supplies and perform basic equipment upkeep
- Review reports for discrepancies and resolve non-post items
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
- Basic technical aptitude with computer systems and equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
