Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts to verify adherence to technical specifications.
- Program and operate Mitutoyo CMM equipment using MCOSMOS software for dimensional inspection and reporting.
- Utilize Keyence IMX systems for automated measurement and verification of components.
- Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and equipment/materials checks within the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Perform incoming and outgoing product quality inspections to maintain high standards.
- Support annual QMS audits, ensuring process documentation is updated and compliant.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience (candidates actively pursuing a technical or engineering degree are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and auditing ISO systems.
- Experience programming and operating Mitutoyo CMMs using MCOSMOS software.
- Familiarity with Keyence IMX measurement systems and automated inspection technologies.
- Strong knowledge of tooling design principles.
- Expertise in inspecting components using manual and automated inspection equipment.
- Advanced understanding of GD&T principles and their application in quality inspections.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate quality management software.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
