- National payer strategy that fuels growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation
- Innovative reimbursement models including episodic, value‑based, and shared‑savings arrangements
- Complex payer negotiations to optimize rates, terms, and performance incentives
- Market expansion in priority geographies, including support for M&A and new service lines
- Value‑based care programs improving outcomes for high‑cost, high‑acuity populations
- Cross‑functional alignment with operations, clinical leadership, finance, and business development
- Performance analytics to strengthen payer mix, contract performance, and margin realization
- 10 years in healthcare leadership with deep expertise in managed care and payer strategy
