Direct Canvassing Sales/Marketing (Field & Canvassing Operations)

Position Overview
Pennant Solutions Group is partnering with a growing organization in the home services sector to identify a Direct Marketing Lead to oversee regional canvassing and field marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving lead generation through direct-to-consumer outreach strategies while building and leading a high-performing field team.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of executing in the field while developing scalable programs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute short- and long-term lead generation strategies within the assigned region
- Lead the rollout and ongoing management of canvassing and field marketing campaigns
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously evaluate program effectiveness
- Manage budgets tied to marketing initiatives and lead generation goals
Field Operations
- Oversee daily canvassing operations, including scheduling, territory alignment, and execution
- Ensure consistent messaging, professionalism, and brand representation in all field interactions
- Coordinate logistics such as territory mapping, compliance requirements, marketing collateral, and tracking systems
- Maintain accurate reporting and ensure timely data entry across internal platforms
Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, train, and manage team leads and field representatives
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Participate in field activities, including ride-alongs and on-site training
- Build a results-oriented culture focused on accountability, growth, and team success
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor individual and team performance against established goals
- Analyze data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and increase lead quality and conversion rates
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership on program performance
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing teams in field marketing, canvassing, or direct sales environments
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
- Experience with coaching, training, and performance management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a field-based role with regular in-market presence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong understanding of lead generation, customer engagement, and direct marketing best practices
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
- Uncapped performance-based bonus structure (high performers exceeding $100K total compensation)
