Job Summary
Ready Springs School is seeking a dynamic and engaging Physical Education Teacher to serve students in grades 4–8. Under the direction of the Site Administrator, the PE Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering a comprehensive standards-based physical education program that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and lifelong healthy habits. The ideal candidate will create a safe, inclusive, and active learning environment, provide instruction, and support students in developing motor skills, coordination, and overall wellness. The PE Teacher will also assess student progress, maintain appropriate supervision and safety protocols, and collaborate with staff to support the social and emotional well-being of all students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Single Subject Credential in Physical Education from the California Commission on Teaching Credentialing.
