We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team serving the Brownsburg and Avon areas. At Penn Station, we don't hire "clipboard managers" who sit in the back. We hire leaders who work the line alongside the team. Together we get the job done. What you'll be doing:
- Leading the Shift: Manage the team, train new hires, and ensure the shift runs smoothly.
- Working the Line: You will prepare, cook, and serve food. You set the pace for the crew.
- Operations: Balance End of Day (EOD) reports, manage the register, and handle key holder duties.
- Customer Service: Ensure every guest feels valued so they keep coming back.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless restaurant and kitchen.

What we need from you:
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience (Restaurant, Retail, or Leadership).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Age: Must be 18 years or older.
- Transportation: Access to reliable transportation to get to our Brownsburg location.
- Availability: Flexible schedule required (up to 40 hours/week).
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift standard restaurant supplies.
