SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Coordinator of Volunteers and Hospitality will work in cooperation with other members of the Lancaster Medical Center leadership team to determine the volunteer needs of the organization. Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong volunteer program by creating and executing a plan to recruit, train, retain and support volunteers.
