SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Laboratory Phlebotomy Supervisor
Directly supervise, lead and coordinate the daily activities of the phlebotomy staff. Assists the laboratory manager with decisions and activities related to phlebotomy services.
This position is a working supervisor who also assists the department in working as a phlebotomist as needed.

- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum three (3) years Phlebotomy experience with inpatients and outpatients
- Phlebotomy Technical - National Healthcareer Association or Phlebotomy Technician - ASCP (Either one listed is acceptable)
- Previous leadership experience
