SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Penn State Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy program at our East Campus located at 30 Hope Drive in Hershey, PA. You will have the opportunity to work in an academic medical setting alongside a team of seasoned therapists (Occupational, Physical, and Speech) with expertise in rehabilitation and orthopedics as well as neurologic, vestibular, and sports rehabilitation among others. As a member of an academic medical center there is strong focus on education and training with opportunities to participate in rounds/educational events and to mentor students and medical residents. This position will include involvement in research on Vagal Nerve Simulation, cutting edge Neuro treatment for stroke population. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Neuro Therapy.

- Currently licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist by the state of employment. If working under a temporary license, Occupational Therapy license in the state of employment must be obtained within three (3) months of employment.
- AHA BLS upon orientation completion
