Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers.
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and maintaining accurate records of usage.
- Conduct custodial tasks including dusting, mopping, trash removal, and sanitation to uphold hygiene standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment efficiently while practicing safe lifting practices during heavy lifting or manual handling tasks.
- Maintain facilities by performing minor maintenance tasks such as painting touch-ups or replacing fixtures when necessary.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to facility needs and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for all occupants.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred but not necessary willing to train the right person.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and facility maintenance best practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and adhere to safety protocols consistently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Im looking for people who would be available to cover Monday to Friday 3pm - 6pm and/or Saturdays and Sundays 8 am - 2 pm.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
