Why Join Our Team?
Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a level 3 NICU specializing in the care of newborns after birth. Our NICU is a 13-bed unit taking care of infants born as early as 28 weeks. Patients are admitted after birth for any complications, genetic disorders, or prematurity. We also care for infants in need of respiratory support in the form of Nasal Cannula, High Flow Nasal Cannula, CPAP, SiPAP and SIMV. Our NICU also has a collaboration with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and has a Neonatologist in house 24/7. If an infant is born outside of our criteria, we will stabilize the infant and transfer to another facility.

Scheduling Requirements:
- Required to work three night shifts (7pm-7am) per week.
- ANM's are primary administrative support to the staff and managers.
- In addition, they have clinical operations, quality compliance responsibilities and unit patient flow Facilitates leadership roles of professional and support staff.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required or in pursuit of
- 15 months of RN experience required
- Active NJ RN license required
- Basic Life Saving Certificate (BLS) required.
- Specialty Certification – preferred.
