Outpatient Infusion (OPI) at the Penn Princeton Cancer Center serves adult Oncology and Non-oncology patients requiring infusion and/or transfusion treatment and support. We are a close-knit, interdisciplinary department focused on providing compassionate, highly-skilled and competent care to our patients to instill confidence and comfort across the continuum of care. Scheduling Requirements:

• 3 days a week, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
  
  

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong IV and central line skills – implanted ports and PICC lines; accessing and maintaining
• Previous oncology experience and/or experience with hazardous drugs
• Strong multi-system assessment skills and symptom management
• Critical thinking
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities

What We Require for this Role:

Education

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  
  

Related Work Experience

• Greater than 15 months of professional nursing experience required.
  
  

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Active NJ RN license required.
• Chemo-Biotherapy Certification within 6-months of hire; Oncology Nurse Certification within 2 years of hire.

Salary Range:

$49.96 - $68.99/Hourly
