Job Description
Job Qualifications:
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to function under occasional pressure
Certified in CPR/BLS.
Must be competent with computer applications.
- PURPOSE OF JOB: To perform designated tasks related to the operation of the Rehabilitation and Orthopedic departments and to assist in patient treatment under the direct supervision of a licensed Occupational/Physical Therapist
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Participates in the discharge process of orthopedic patients.
- Participates in the rehabilitation treatment process by assisting the PT and OT department with the general care of the patient and achievement of established goals
- Prepares and maintains treatment and patient care areas including supplies
- Performs clerical duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: Previous work experience in a related area is desirable
- Other Skills : Must possess the ability to work independently and in a team.
