Penn Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult participant in the home setting in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing services in the participant's home
Perform ongoing nursing assessments
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor skin integrity and implement preventive measures
Assist with positioning, mobility, and safety monitoring
Reinforce physician and therapy recommendations
Communicate with family members and healthcare providers
Observe, document, and report changes in condition
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
Promote participant comfort, dignity, and independence
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Home care or private duty nursing experience preferred
