Duties
- Greet customers and assist at the front counter and over the phone
- Identify and recommend the correct parts or accessories for rental and repair equipment
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information
- Process sales transactions and maintain records using our POS system
- Order, receive, and stock parts inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized parts ares
- Assist with other store or rental-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in parts sales, equipment rental, or a related field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of small engine parts, tools, or equipment (Stihl, Honda, etc.) is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer-literate (POS systems, inventory software, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
