Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide daily supervision of the dining services department to ensure that high quality, good tasting and well-presented foods are served to residents and staff in all areas.
Qualifications
High School diploma and a graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the ADA.
6 months food services work experience in quantity food preparation and services
Knowledge of principles of dietetic, food sanitation and service, and be familiar with large-scale purchase and preparation of food, food and labor laws, and with accepted food service techniques.
2 years’ experience in a Healthcare setting preferred
