The Patient Experience Coordinator serves as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare staff, ensuring a seamless, compassionate, and high-quality patient experience. As a key part of the patient care team, the Patient Experience Coordinator will advocate for the patient’s needs, address concerns, and facilitate communication across multiple departments to create a positive and supportive experience for all patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Healthcare or other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in a patient-facing role or customer service setting; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, families and staff; ability to work independently while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team; a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with a focus on improving patient satisfaction and loyalty.
