What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Assistant, NeuroTrauma Intensive Care Unit position at Penn Highlands Healthcare?
AS A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT, NEUROTRAUMA INTENSIVE CARE UNIT, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the total nursing care for all patients utilizing standards of care.
SHIFTS: You'll work 3 12 hour shifts per week that rotate 6am-6:30pm/6pm-6:30am, every other weekend & every other holiday
***$3,000 SIGN-ON/RETENTION BONUS AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES***
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have patient care experience or completion of one semester in a healthcare related field

Must have current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Must have Comprehensive Crisis Management certification or be obtained within 12 months of hire
