• Oversee customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership policies related to repair and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of the service area, ensuring that equipment is well-maintained and operational.
• Collaborate with other departments to align services offered with customer needs and dealership goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Experience

• Proven experience in service management or a similar role within a dealership environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repair is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
• Ability to suspend personal biases and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
