Maintenance Associate
We are seeking full-time maintenance employee
$20.00 per hour
Must maintain the property and facilities in good repair. Make sure all safety and compliance measures are met. Must have strong work ethic, be an effective communicator, be a dependable team player, and have solid interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Medical, dental, prescription, and vision insurance.
Paid personal and vacation days.
Paid holidays.
Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
Must pass a drug, physical, and abilities tests.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Maintenance Associate

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Check overhead lights and illuminated signs
- Supply Director of Fleet and Facilities with inventory of products
- Hand sweeping of floors
- Run motorized sweepers and scrubbers
- Bail trash
- Maintain a clean perimeter of property
- Repaint poles, walls, trim, etc.…internal and external
- Keep forklifts clean
- Maintain roof—keep drains free of debris
- Perform minor roof repairs
- Perform minor plumbing repairs
- Perform minor building maintenance projects
- Hang wall signage/posting upon request.
- Snow removal
- Assist Director of Fleet & Facilities
