Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous welding experience required
- Ability to pass an onsite weld test
- Ability to read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines
- Must be willing to complete a criminal background check and drug screening
- Perform structural and pipe welding using stick, gas, and flux-cored welding processes
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic welding equipment
- Produce high-quality welds that meet strength, safety, and appearance standards
- Set up and prepare welding jobs with minimal supervision
- Maintain productivity while following company quality and safety requirements
