As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist, you’ll support both candidates and clients by ensuring the right people are connected with the right opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Recruit, screen, and interview applicants in Spanish and English to assess skills and job fit
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community networking
- Manage the hiring process, including background checks, drug screens, new hire paperwork, and orientations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and associates
- Monitor employee performance and provide follow-up support to clients
- Handle additional HR and administrative tasks such as payroll, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment and placement activities
We’re seeking a proactive, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will bring:
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) – required
- Prior recruiting, staffing, or hiring experience a plus (including retail or hospitality)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools
- Professionalism, discretion, and a positive team-oriented mindset
