Penmac Staffing is hiring detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Care Advisors in Springfield, Missouri. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients who are filling prescriptions. This role is responsible for gathering and entering prescription information and resolving inaccurate deliveries and other issues the customer may have. Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide chat handling for clients who prefer using their chat feature.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness; follow up when additional information is required
- Uphold HIPAA requirements and comply with all pharmacy regulations
Requirements include:
- Have a passion for connecting with and helping others.
- Customer service experience required
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred
- Data entry, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work in person on-site
Schedule Details:
Multiple shifts are available. Will work five days per week, Monday-Saturday (with one weekday off each week).
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
